JACKSON, Tenn. – The Lions soccer team (5-8, 1-7 MSC) fell 4-0 on Saturday afternoon to No. 23 Campbellsville (8-1-2, 4-1-2 MSC).

After about 16 minutes of goalless action, the Tigers jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the 17th minute, which they would take into the halftime break.

Following the intermission, the Tigers were able to add a second goal within five minutes of the second half, followed by their third in the 58th minute.

The Tigers were able to put the game out of reach with a little over 15 minutes left in the contest with their fourth goal.

Calum Langdale had three saves in the contest.

The Lions will hit the road on Thursday when they travel to Ohio to take on Shawnee State. Game time is set for 4 p.m. central standard time.
