Will White brings 15 years of volleyball coaching experience in addition to four years of collegiate coaching to Henderson. He most recently was the head coach at Russellville High School in Russellville, Alabama where he led the Golden Tigers to their highest win total since 2016 with three eighth graders in the starting rotation. Before his time at RHS, White was the technical coordinator for the Baylor (Texas) University Bears. He helped scout the opposition, was responsible for statistics and led the fundraising efforts while the Bears finished in the Sweet Sixteen of the NCAA tournament with a record of 25-7.
White was named as the head coach of Ohio Valley (W. Va.) University before COVID-19 ended the season before the school closed. White as served as an assistant for both the University of North Alabama and Blue Mountain Christian (Miss.) University. At the club level, White was the director of player development and the co-owner of SWAT Volleyball Club where he coached the top two squads.
When not coaching, White has been a minister at various congregations in north Alabama.
White graduated from Blue Mountain Christian University in 2022.
