Rob Parson enters his first season as assistant coach in the 2026 season. Hebegan coaching in 2010 as a volunteer assistant boys basketball coach at Westview High School. Continuing his coaching career, Parson returned to his alma mater of Hardin County High School where he was the assistant coach for both boys and girls basketball programs from 2015-2018.
He has added prep coaching stops at Dyer County High School and Bolivar Central High School before returning to Hardin County where he added assisting baseball to his resume.
Parson has been an instructor in softball, baseball, and basketball at Elite Sports and Fitness.Â
Parson graduated from UT Martin in 2014. He is married to FHU head women's soccer coach Lindsay Parson. They both are members of the Henderson Church of Christ.
