Box Score NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Freed-Hardeman's Jesse Moulton has been named the TranSouth Athletic Conference men's basketball player of the week for the week ending Feb. 1, 2010.

Moulton, a 6-foot-4 junior guard from Pleasant View, Tenn., led the Lions to a 2-0 week by averaging 20 points and six rebounds per game. Moulton shot 67 percent (14-of-21) from the field, 60 percent (9-of-15) from 3-point range, and hit all four of his free throw attempts.

Moulton saved his best performance for the road, where the Lions defeated Lyon College 85-59. In that game Moulton scored 26 points, grabbed eight rebounds and hit 6-for-9 from 3-point range.

A second-team all-conference performer last season, Moulton has elevated his game in conference play averaging 13.8 points per game against TranSouth teams while shooting 44.4 percent from behind the arc.
