Taylor Hodges, Sports Information Director

BELLEVILLE, Ill. – The Lions (3-19, 1-13 AMC) struggled from the field and dropped their second straight game on a six-game road trip, falling 67-57 to Lindenwood University-Belleville (4-18, 4-11 AMC) in a makeup game on Tuesday night.

After the originally scheduled contest on November 15 was cancelled due to weather, the Lynx were able to complete the season sweep on Tuesday after a 41 percent outing from the field.

The Lions were only able to knock down 31 percent of their shots and had a tough night from behind the arc, only making three of their 22 attempts, compared to eight made 3-pointers by the home squad.

Freed-Hardeman had three guys finish with double digits, led by Kortland Martin who finished with 14 points.

Francis Agbata came away with 11 points, while John Musselwhite – the team's leading scorer – scored 10. Musselwhite was one rebound sort of a double-double.

On the flip side, Shamir Rolle had 10 rebounds, but came up one point shy of a double-double with nine.

The Lions will travel to Fulton, Missouri, on Thursday to take on William Woods. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
