PULASKI, Tenn. – The Lady Lions (6-5) fell short with a 3-0 loss to future Mid-South Conference foe Martin Methodist (4-4) on Tuesday night.

It was all Redhawks early, winning the first set 25-11, followed by a 25-20 and a 25-11 win to close out the contest.

Claire Walker led the way in kills for the Lady Lions with six, followed by Shea Dean with five.

Emma Self had double-digit assists with 15, and Reilly Fulton and Kacey Donegan both had double-digit digs with 17 and 10, respectively.

The Lady Lions will be back at home on Thursday when they take on rival Bethel. The game is set to start at 6 p.m.
