LEBANON, Tenn. — Two days after recording their first win of the season, the Freed-Hardeman University Lady Lions soccer team visited the No. 16 Cumberland (Tenn.) University Phoenix in the Mid-South Conference opener. The Lady Lions had their hands full, suffering a 13-0 defeat.
The bright spot for the Lady Lions (1-9-0, 0-1-0 MSC) came with keeper
Brooke Latham recording a career high in saves by stopping 21 of the 34 shots on target.
Latham also tallied a career high in shots faced, seeing the Phoenix (9-0-1, 1-0-0 MSC)Â fire 67 shots toward her net.
