All 15 varsity programs honored as NAIA Scholar Teams

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced national awards earlier this week. Included in that release were the 2024-25 NAIA Scholar Teams.

NAIA Scholar Teams are recognized for the GPA of all student-athletes on the eligibility sheet for one calendar year. To be eligible for the award, programs must maintain a 3.00 GPA on a 4.00 scale.

Freed-Hardeman has 15 varsity programs. All 15 of those programs were named as Scholar Teams.

"Our entire athletic department earning the NAIA Scholar Team Award for the second consecutive year is a tremendous honor," said Athletic Director Jonathan Estes. "It reflects the dedication of our student-athletes to achieving excellence both academically and athletically as well as our coaches, commitment to recruiting the right type of students."

With a department GPA of 3.37 across the fall of 2024 and the spring of 2025, Freed-Hardeman's sport breakdown is below.
