Five Things to Know:
1. Back in Brewer
After opening the season with four matches away from home, the Lady Lions finally return to Henderson for their 2026 home opener. Freed-Hardeman will host Blue Mountain Christian at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Brewer Sports Center.
2. Swinging Away
Through four matches, the Lady Lions have recorded 115 kills while averaging 8.2 kills per set. FHU has reached double-digit kills in 10 of its 14 sets this season.
3. Austin's Assists
Alyssa Austin continues to lead the Lady Lions' 6-2 attack, entering Tuesday's match with 43 assists. Becca Heineman has added 38 assists, giving FHU two setters with more than 35 assists through the opening weekend.
4. Milic at the Net
Marija Milic has already made her presence felt defensively, recording seven blocks through the first four matches. She had five blocks in FHU's opening two matches, including four solo blocks.
5. One Familiar Opponent
Despite the proximity between the schools, Tuesday's match will be the first meeting between the Lady Lions and Blue Mountain Christian since 2021.
