Head coach Lindsay (Riggs) Parson begins her third season in the 2025 campaign.
Coming to Henderson from Oklahoma City's Mustang High School, Parson has served as the head soccer coach for the Broncos since 2016. In her first season, Parson made waves and was selected as an All-State coach. The following year, she was chosen as one of OKC's top prep coaches as an All-City coach.
In 2018, Parson led her team to a 13-5 record, ending in the school's first trip to the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association championship game. A 1-0 loss did little to dash the hopes of Parson and her Broncos, marching back to the title game one year later to end as runners-up in 2019 with a 14-3 record.
In 2020, the season ended in the OSSAA quarterfinals; however, after the 12-5 season Parson was honored as the National High School Federation's Oklahoma Soccer Coach of the Year. In her tenure as the coach for MHS, Parson will leave Oklahoma with an 87-33 record.
Not a stranger to the world of college soccer, Parson additionally served as an assistant coach for NCAA DII's Oklahoma Christian University Eagles from 2018-2021.
Before graduating, Parson played four years for Coach Jason Elliott. She appeared in 65 matches, earning the start in the backfield for 27.
Originally from Van Alstyne, Texas, Parson graduated from Freed-Hardeman University with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology in 2011. She went on to earn a Master's in Sports Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2020. She is married to Rob Parson.
