Box Score NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Kyle Teichmann of Freed-Hardeman University is the TranSouth Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending Sunday, Dec. 4. It is the second time this season Teichmann has been named the conference player of the week.

Teichmann, a 6-foot-6 junior forward from Brentwood, Tenn., averaged 25 points and 9.3 rebounds over three games during the week. His best game came in the Lions' 86-83 win at No. 13 Tougaloo (Miss.) when he totaled 28 points and 10 rebounds while hitting 10-of-17 from the field. He scored 29 against Life (Ga.) and added second double-double with 18 ponits and 10 rebounds in a win over Talladega (Ala.).

For the week, Teichmann shot 54 percent (29-54) from the field for the 7-3 Lions. He currently ranks 12th in the NAIA in scoring average at 21.8 points per game.
