CONWAY, Ark. – It took just one first-half goal off the foot of Chloe Finney for the Lady Lions (8-6, 7-4 AMC) to defeat Central Baptist (2-13-1, 1-9-1 AMC) on Tuesday afternoon.

With just over nine minutes left to go before halftime, Finney received a pass from McCall Decker and was able to finish off her third goal of the season.

The Lady Lions outshot the Mustangs 16-9 in the game with eight shots on frame. Holley Moore was able to make four saves in the shutout win.

The Lady Lions take on St. Louis College of Pharmacy in the season finale at home on Saturday at 12 noon. They will honor their eight seniors (Finney, Moore, Morgan Clemmons, Laura Williams, Marol Davis, Lauren Rogers, Sam Clymer and Abbey Redferrin) as they play their final home game.
