CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – The Lady Lions soccer team (2-6, 1-6 MSC) fell 2-0 against Campbellsville (7-4, 5-3 MSC) on Tuesday night.

The Tigers went up early, scoring in the 12th minute minute to take a 1-0 lead.

Nele Kirsch and Jessica Musselman forced the Campbellsville keeper to make a couple of saves in the second half, but they were unable to put the equalizer in the net.

The Tigers would add to their lead in the 78th minute and put the game away.

Brooke Latham finished the contest with six saves.

The Lady Lions will make up their postponed match with Bethel on the road on Friday. Game time is set for 2 p.m.
