MCKENZIE, Tenn. – The Lady Lions soccer team (2-7, 1-7 MSC) fell 2-0 to No. 25 Bethel (5-4-1, 1-4-1 MSC) 2-0 in their makeup game on Friday afternoon.

The Wildcats were able to go on top in the 23rd minute and take the 1-0 lead into the halftime break.

The Bethel defense was able to stifle the Lady Lions attack, holding them to just two shots, one on frame, before going up 2-0 in the 86th minute to put the game away.

Brooke Latham recorded a season-high 13 saves in the contest.

The Lady Lions will be back in action on Saturday when they host Lincoln Christian at 1 p.m.
