CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – The Lady Lions soccer team (4-9, 2-9 MSC) fell 3-1 to Cambellsville (8-6, 5-5 MSC) on Monday in the opening round of the Mid-South Conference Tournament.

The Lady Tigers jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead, scoring in the 10th and 13th minutes.

Just before halftime, Jessica Musselman scored her first goal on the season off of great one-touch assists from McCall Decker and Nele Kirsch.

During a scoreless second half, Zoe Stom nearly tied the game in the 90th minute, but her shot went just wide. And with only seconds remaining in the match, Campbellsville was able to put one more in the net to put the game away.

Brooke Latham finished the contest with 12 saves in goal.
