HENDERSON — For the second straight game, the No. 8 Freed-Hardeman University Lions put triple digits on the scoreboard, blowing past the Campbellsville (Ky.) University Tigers 106-84.

The final minutes of the half were all Lax, who scored nine of FHU's final 11 points of the half sending the teams to the break with FHU leading 57-29.

Campbellsville (15-11, 3-8 MSC) opened the second half well, going on a set of 6-0 scoring runs to cut in the FHU lead. Lax tacked on a 3-pointer at 14:08 to give the Lions a 71-47 edge to begin a 15-2 run ending with the Lions leading by 34 with 10 minutes left in the contest. Devin Hill ended the offensive output for FHU, scoring the final five points in the 106-84 win.
