HENDERSON — The Freed-Hardeman University Lady Lions put on an offensive show with 21 total shots; however, the visiting Mississippi University for Women Owls put on an equally stellar defensive performance with eight saves. The Lady Lions managed to get one past the keeper in a 1-0 victory.

Tsielo Mokebe sent a perfect pass to
Addison Greene who buried a shot over the MUW (1-4-1) keeper's head to net the game-winner.
Ellie Wood took nine shots for FHU, five of which were on net.
Ava Pierce picked up her season's second clean sheet with three saves.
