Volleyball adds two from Lincoln County

FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. — Head volleyball coach Amanda Bretherick and assistant volleyball coach Will White have signed two Lincoln County High School alumnae to join the Lady Lions.

Audrey Satterfield will join as a middle blocker. Playing her club ball for Rocker City Volleyball club, Satterfield received the 2024 Team Defensive Block Award.

"I am super excited and grateful for the opportunities that God is giving me through Freed-Hardeman University," said Satterfield. "I am looking forward to being a part of a Christ centered atmosphere and being able to grow spiritually, academically, and athletically."

Coach White said, "I am excited for Audrey to join our program. She is an excellent athlete and person. I believe she will walk in and really help us moving forward."

Also joining the program as a student assistant is Kaylee Reed. For the Falcons, Reed played every position on the floor while maintaining a 4.0 GPA and serving on the student council.

"I am excited to be a part of this team as I learn the ins and outs of coaching and how they run their program," added Reed. "I look forward to learning and growing in the sport of volleyball with the team as well as growing my knowledge in God's word."

"We are pumped for Kaylee to join our staff," added Coach Bretherick. "Her personality and skill set brings a lot to the table. She will be a great asset to our program."
