JACKSON, Tenn. — The Lions of Freed-Hardeman University capitalized on mistakes from the NCAA DII Union (Tenn.) University Bulldogs, but the hosts were able to outlast FHU to walk off the Lions 9-8 in 11 innings.
Freed-Hardeman (12-7) pushed the first run across in the second inning on the first of eight Union wild pitches before

Though scoring eight runs, FHU connected for four hits while drawing seven walks.
