Five Things to Know:
1. Still Looking
After suffering a heartbreaking 1-0 loss last week to Bethel University, the Lady Lions are still looking for their first conference win of the season.
2. Mighty Defensive
The Tigers have a strong back line that has been tough to break all season long, allowing only 11 goals all season, less than 1 per game.
3. Strengths Collide
The Lady Lions’ defense has been their strong suit this season, with their keepers leading the Mid-South Conference in saves this season, while Campbellsville leads the conference in shots attempted per game, shots on goal per game, and goals scored. Whichever team can break through that part of the game will be a key part of the game.
4. Road Trip Senior Night
The Lady Tigers will be playing their final home game of the season, while the Lady Lions will look to spoil the senior’s celebration with their final away game of the season.
5. Scoring Options
The Lady Lions have plenty of options when it comes to scoring, with 6 different players scoring on the season, while Isabel Croke leads the way with 5, and a few others who have yet to score despite chances. The Lady Tigers have 12 different players who have scored, including 3 players with 10+ goals this season.
