DALTON, Ga. — Freed-Hardeman University's women's golf team hit the course to begin the week with the three-round Lady Roadrunner Fall Preview. After 56 holes, the Lady Lions shot 965 (+101) to finish in 13th place.

FHU was led by Zoe Phillips, who had a great first round, carding two birdies on par-5 holes and two on par-3 holes. In her second round, she tallied birdies on the par-4 first and fifth holes. While her final round had one birdie on the par-5 second hole, she submitted 11 pars to finish all three rounds with 230 (+14) with a share of 14th place.

Peyton Mraz ended the three rounds with 235 (+19) to finish in a tie for 30th place. Her birdie total improved with each round, going from one in the first round to two in the second. Waking up Tuesday morning, she carded three birdies on the par-4 third and fifth holes in addition to the par-3 16th.

Finishing in a tie for 61st place, Hannah Ruth Walton tallied a birdie on the par-4 15th hole in her second round, before dropping two par-3 birdies in her final round. All told, she wrote down 247 (+31).

Shelby Smith had a massive improvement from day one to day two. Between the second and third rounds, she shaved eight strokes off of her total. She finished at par on 12 holes in the final round to help her finish with 255 (+39) and finish in 74th place.

Staying consistent throughout the tournament, Camryn Porior finished in 79th place with 263 (+47). Her second round was her best, where she carded three birdies before her final round saw her finish with a birdie on the par-4 first hole.

As an individual, Maizie Bailey landed in a tie for 81st place with 270 (+54). She finished at even par across 20 holes in the tournament
