1. Young Lineup
The Lions return only four hitters with more than 100 at-bats in the 2024 campaign. Of those, Jordan Carter and JJ Pruneau hit over .300.
2. New Faces on the Hill
FHU has two pitchers - Colton Bryant and Matthew Riley - to have started in more than one game during the 2024 season. Bryant was the starter in 13 games, while Riley got the nod in nine.
3. Building Up
Last season FHU hit .283 with 437 base knocks with 78 long balls while swiping 125 bags. The pitching staff had a 6.12 ERA with 407 strikeouts to 192 walks.
4. Know the Opponents
Last season the Mobile Rams went 19-21, ending their season right up the road in the Southern States Athletic Conference tournament at Jackson's Rockabillys Stadium.
5. Scouting the Rams
As a team Mobile hit .279 from the plate with 349 hits including 36 home runs. On the bump, the Rams had a 7.02 ERA striking out 248 batters while surrendering 172 walks.
