HANCEVILLE, Ala.— Head coach
Randall Rhodes continues to make additions to his 2026-27 season with the addition of Wallace State (Ala.) Community College's Alyssa Warren.
Originally hailing from Dexter, Missouri, Warren helped lead the WSCC Lions to the No. 25 ranking in the NJCAA Division II. Wallace has also earned six top-10 finishes in her career in Hanceville while posting a career-low of 71.
"I'm grateful for the experiences and growth I had at Wallace, and I'm looking forward to the next chapter," said the new FHU Lady Lion Warren. I'm excited for the opportunity to compete at Freed-Hardeman and continue developing my game as part of a strong team environment. Freed-Hardeman feels like the right place for me academically and athletically, and I'm eager to represent the program and work hard for my coaches and teammates."
Coach Rhodes said of his new addition, "We're excited that Alyssa has made the decision to finish her career at FHU. She is a great person and is an exciting player to watch. Her strengths in positivity and commitment to grow make her a great fit for our program. We're looking forward to the impact Alyssa will have on Lady Lions golf."
