Box Score 2 ORANGE BEACH, Ala. - The Freed-Hardeman Lady Lions split a pair of pool games on the second day of the Gulf Coast Invitational on Saturday, March 12, finished pool play at 2-2 and earning the No. 4 seed in the silver bracket.
FHU lost the first game to Columbia (Mo.) College, 8-0, in five innings before bouncing back with a 3-0 win over Montreat (N.C.) College.

Tucker (2-2) recovered in the second game to throw her first collegiate shutout, striking out six and allowing only two hits.
Bailey Morgan drove in two of FHU's three runs with an RBI single in the third and a solo home run (1) in the fifth. She went 2-for-3 while
Sarah Elizabeth Cousar went 2-for-4 at the plate.
FHU will be the fourth seed in the 10-team silver bracket and will play on Sunday, March 13.
