HENDERSON, Tenn. – The (RV) Lady Lions softball team (11-5, 7-3 MSC) completed the four-game sweep over Thomas More (2-12, 1-11 MSC) on Friday, knocking them off 4-2 and 4-1.

It was an amazing day for Annalise Jarnagin at the plate, who went 3-for-5 combined in both games with a home run in both wins. She totaled three RBIs as well.

Chloe Winters earned her first win in the circle in game one after going four and two-thirds innings while striking out four batters and walking none. Morgan Crawford earned the win in game two after coming on in relief in the third inning. She struck out two batters and only gave up two hits while shutting the Saints out in her five innings.

Catherine Crabb added three more hits on Friday with an RBI and a run scored after a hot day at the plate on Thursday. Crawford had a 2-for-3 outing in game two with an RBI double, and Sophie Dunavant had an RBI triple in game one.

The Lady Lions will be back in action on Monday when they face old AMC foe Missouri Baptist at home in a doubleheader. Game one is scheduled for 3 p.m.
