OLD HICKORY, Tenn. — In another outing that featured some of the top talent in the NAIA, the (RV) Freed-Hardeman University Lady Lions finished the regular season with a 20th-place finish at the Music City Classic with 984 (+120) after three rounds.
The Lady Lions were led by
Hannah Ruth Walton's finish in a tie for 56th place. In her first round, she carded 12 pars before finishing round two with a birdie on the par-3 13th hole. She ended the tournament with a three-round 237 (+21).
Ansley Pratt had the biggest turnaround of the tournament, trimming off seven strokes between her first and second rounds. In the second round, she collected a birdie on the par-5 11th hole to help her to a final tally of 246 (+30) and finish in 83th place.
Ending with a share of 88th place,
Aaricia Noel-Traissac shot 248 (+32) across all three rounds. Her opening 18 had the most birdies for FHU, carding three: the par-3 sixth, par-5 eighth, and par-4 15th.
Zoe Phillips dropped a birdie on the par-3 17th hole in her final round, tallying up all three rounds with 253 (+37) and finishing in 93rd place.
Ending FHU's scoring,
Jadyn Thompson landed in 99th place with 283 (+67).Â
