BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Cumberland's (Tenn.) Avery Rauscher and Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) Myleah Hardy are the Mid-South Conference Softball Players of the Week, conference officials announced Monday.

Pinnacle Financial Partners sponsors the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week Award program. Pinnacle Financial Partners was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with banks in eight states in the southeast United States.
 
MSC Softball Player of the Week
Myleah Hardy – Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) – Sr. – Lawrenceburg, Tenn.

• Hardy hit .833 across three games while reaching base at a .900 rate.
• She blasted three home runs and drove in four RBIs, accounting for all four runs in a doubleheader sweep of Georgetown (Ky.).
• In three games, she was 5-for-6 while drawing four walks.
• Hardy earns her first Mid-South Conference Player of the Week honor of the season.

 
MSC Softball Pitcher of the Week
Avery Rauscher – Cumberland (Tenn.) – Fr. – Clarksville, Tenn.

• Rauscher went 2-0 in the circle with two complete-game victories over No. 18 Cumberlands (Ky.).
• She posted a dominant 1.87 ERA over 15.0 innings of work.
• Rauscher allowed just four earned runs while striking out nine batters.
• Rauscher earns her first Mid-South Conference Pitcher of the Week honor of the season.
