BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Lindsey Wilson College's Taylor Guess (Offensive) and Freed-Hardeman's Kaylee Odom have been named the Mid-South Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.

MSC Women's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week

Taylor Guess – Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) – So. – Forward – Marion, Kentucky

• Guess averaged 21.5 points as the Blue Raiders posted two victories during the week, including a comeback effort on the road at seventh-ranked Georgetown (Ky.).
•  She scored a game-high 24 points against the Tigers, Guess tallied 10 fourth-quarter points and led Lindsey Wilson with nine rebounds, five assists, three steals, and one block. 
• With the win over Ohio Christian on Tuesday, Guess finished the week 50 percent from the floor, 40 percent on 3-pointers, and 15-of-20 from the free-throw line.

MSC Women's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week

Kaylee Odom – Freed-Hardeman (Ky.) – Jr. – Forward – Murfreeboro, Tennessee

• Kaylee Odom stood tall in the paint, getting six blocks in a pair of top-15 victories while on the road at Campbellsville (62-52) and Bethel (59-53).
• Odom would add 20 points on the week, 9 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals.
• She now earns this honor for the third time this season, now tied for second most for this honor.
