BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Freed-Hardeman's (Tenn.) Lane Walton has been named the Mid-South Conference Men's Golfer of the Week, conference officials announced Monday.
Pinnacle Financial Partners sponsors the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week Award program. Pinnacle Financial Partners was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with banks in eight states in the southeast United States.

§ Walton competed at the Coastal Georgia Spring Invitational last week.
§  He posted a three-round total of 11-over par 227 in the 88-man field.
§  Walton opened the tournament with a first-round 73, his lowest round of the event.
§  In the final round, he shot a 76 (+4), highlighted by an birdie on the 17th hole and an even-par 37 on the back nine.
§  Walton earns his first Mid-South Conference Men's Golfer of the Week honor of the 2025-26 season.
